Adored for its small-plate approach to communal dining, Zaytinya remains a Washington, DC, favorite year after year. The food’s compelling, but don’t forget the drinks; noteworthy is the Pom-Fili, a blend of white wine, triple sec, vodka, and pomegranate juice.
